This book is an informative introduction to Qigong and the form that Michael Tse covers in the book is well described and easy to follow. Though I have practiced Qigong for many years, I found this book to be insightful and was able to learn some new techniques which I have now incorporated into my own practice. I have located a number of his other books, found them to have been written with the same level of expertise and would urge people that are interested in Qigong to look into the author's work.
