It's a good book, very thorough, but with a lot of typos, some of which are confusing. Other than that, I'm learning a lot.

This book is very well thought out. It is extremely detailed yet easy to comprehend.It definitely makes you aware of how important it is to know what you are looking for during an inspection, how to protect yourself against lawsuits, and what is required to start a business. A definite two thumbs up!
