You will learn a few things about the real estate market if you are brand new to the market and enjoy hearing about other's mistakes if you are a pro!       As a real estate agent and investor, I thought I had heard, seen and read it all! Bob shares some of the horror stories you only hear of in an easy to read and follow format.
