Always a good read

I love books like this as they show a time and life that we haven't known in many years. Life is always so fast paced that a look at Amish life is relaxing to me.

This is the second book of the Adams County Trilogy, written very well, but it's a shame I have to wait so long for the next one to come out, 2010. By then, I'm going to have to read the first two books over again, so I can remember how the story goes.

This was a great sequel to Rachel's Promise. Eicher does another fine job developing an faith-based love story set in Amish Ohio where the characters become your friends and you don't want to put the book down!
