This book is great. I have never used Red Hat linux before so I was very impressed with the books detail and its readability. Jon Hall has written other excellent books and this is certainly one of them. This could be a person's only linux book if they are a general home user. I was somewhat confused as to why the book does not cover KDE which is included on the CD's. Red Hat will be my favorite for a long time and this book is one of the reasons why.
