Gritty as car wheels on a gravel road, Red Rock is as real and rooted in the Shield country as iron ore, rye and Coke, and Stompin' Tom Connors. It's not just a fine murder mystery, it's a hometown blues from the dark end of the street we like to pretend we haven't visited. From start to finish, Red Rock is engossing, and finally heartbreaking.
