Det. Drake Castleberry is convinced that when finally catch serial killer Oliver Tate, all of his troubles will be over. When Det. Castleberry is forced to kill a man for the F.B.I he quickly realize that he was being set up to take a very big fall, but he refused to let his son's killer walk free for another three years, he must clear his name while protecting his family and others from the evil, vengeful killer.
