the occ's and rcc's are very cool in this one , as are the tw weapons . I personaly love bio-mancey and the anti-monster. The political and other organizations are interesting as well . BUT as a GM you sould not tell your players about ( or give them access to ) many of the weapons in this book with out careful consideration . KS himself has posted that they can easily unbalance the game. that said when i am not a GM I try to con my way into obtaining afew for my self !! ( occ;s and weapons that is )

The book is pretty good and the anti-monster hunetr is great. The Cat people of south American goo over real well and the VooDoo preist is Awsome

Loved it, not as much as other Rifts books. Some good TW weapons, and cat people.
