This book wasn't written by Roger Caras, rather it's a selection of nature tomes by many of our well most well known writers of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries including Thoreau, Powell (on the Grand Canyon), Muir, Carson and Abbey. Most likely some of them will be repeats for any lover of nature writings but it's nice to have them all in one place for rereading at will.
