ROMVLVS is an epic series that details the Second Rise of Rome as capital of world civilization, a renewed city of marble at the head of a powerful union. The books follow characters from the past, present, and future, each of them describing the timeline of events defining the Great Second Rise.Inspired by ancient primary texts, the grand narrative of Livy's Rome, as well as the personal diaries of Julius Caesar, and Bede's histories, ROMVLVS presents itself as a modern day chronicle for Rome's New Union.-Book I: Alba LongaSetting: Fascist Italy, 1922 - 1925Following the diary of Paolo Fabiano, Alba Longa opens as the Turin members of the National Fascist Party plan to help take Rome by coup.These are early, optimistic days for wide eyed Fascists, before there were Nazis rattling the sabers of global war.
