Very good book! Good introduction to teutonic gods & godesses. It beautifully and articulately explains the layout for ritual. It holds great emphasis on preparation for ritual, which, I think, is very important in building the appropriate energies needed it the ritual. I wouldn't reccomend this book to the beginner, though! It has several elements that would definitely be confusing for an unexperienced magician.
