I was pleased to read that I am already employing some of the techniques which the author suggests for getting in touch with what you really want and manifesting it in your life; there are many other tools described in this book that I look forward to applying in my own life. The book is clearly and beautifully written, with exercises provided at the end of each chapter. "Sail Into Your Dreams" is an important book for these rapidly changing and sometimes confusing times. Karen Mehringer is a gifted new author, and a loving and nurturing spirit. I recommend this book to anyone who has ever questioned his or her life's purpose.
