Best salad recipe book!

I was excited to order this book as I am new to a raw vegan diet and wanted some salad ideas. The book arrived in like new condition! I have made three recipes so far and have loved them all! My favorite is the Thai larb salad. I did not heat the ingredients or use the cutlets. But, I made Brazil nut pepita topping! The recipe called for cashews, but I wanted to try the Brazil nuts. Anyway, I felt like I was eating in a restaurant! I plan on incorporating some cooked beans back into my diet sometime in the future and when I do, I know there is a great recipe for me in this book! Honestly, these are the tastiest salad recipes ever and this has earned its place as one of my favorite recipe books! Whether you are an omnivore, vegetarian or vegan, you will love this book!
