Good book for Visual C++

As with _all_ Visual C++ books, they assume you know C/C++ and the main concepts behind object-oriented programming. This is a nicely laid out book and it covers a lot of good beginner's topics with just the right amount of detail. If you're fairly new to Windows programming, you'll want to buy this book for your library. In the very near future, I hope it is updated for Visual C++ 7.0 and that they include add of a couple of new chapters-- perhaps devoted to COM/DCOM, creating DLLs, creating a Windows 2000/XP service, using the right-click menu, debugging an application, as well as using the system tray.
Concise and to the point.
