For university and college students at intermediate and advanced levels of training in Italian, this practical workbook in two parts ( Schede di lavoro 1 and Schede di lavoro 2 ) offers intensive practice in all areas of grammar, with emphasis on the appropriate use of vocabulary. Schede di lavoro 2 offers practice on the imperativo, condizionale, congiuntivo, gerundio, infinito, and participio and the syntactical structure of coordinate and subordinate clauses in Italian. Depending on the student's needs and level of instruction, the schede can serve to review grammar or to introduce new grammar and vocabulary. The Schede are organized by level of difficulty and lead gradually to an advanced stage at which the student is able to deal with complex and sophisticated material.
