At first I thought that perhaps Brother Cook's plan was not very realistic, but as I continued through the book (I happened to listen to him giving a talk on it), I was so completely touched by his sincerety and the value of a good family scripture study program. I realize that not only is it possible, it is crucial in our day to day living in combating the temptations of Satan. I don't know how else to convince of this great book, except to say that it truly touched me and has changed the way I look at having scripture study with my young family. Although it has been really hard to convince my children that we're going about scripture study a different way, once they've gotten a hang of it, they've given some neat insights. Simple, yet they thought of them by themselves while being involved in scripture study with the family.
