Full of practical suggestions, reports on sleep research, deep insight about the relation of sleep symptoms to the rest of one's life, and general wisdom, this book is the best thing I've ever read on getting a good nights sleep. I'm actually pretty good at getting a good night's sleep, and John Selby has many insights into why that is the case.
