Good reading if you liked Area 51

I really enjoy Mr. Doherty's Area 51 stories so I tried this storyline. He creates some good characters and situations. I can lose myself in his books and just enjoy the story.

I bought this book based on the back cover. Overall, I really enjoyed it and passed it on to my Dad (who is not a big reader). We both enjoyed this book. Basically, this book is about people who have screwed up big, and now have few options. The action sequences are well written as is the majority of the background information. The disappointment, in my opinion, is the ending. This book left me, and my Dad, asking "well now what?" I hate cliff-hanger endings. I'm hoping for a sequel to wrap up some of my lingering questions. There are just too many unresolved questions by the end of the book.
