My kids love this book.

Kids will love the finger puppet and the repeated rhyme. Parents will love the lesson it teaches that one should participate in the work to enjoy the benefits it gives.

My toddler son just received this book as a gift and he loves it!! He's a little young yet to understand the message of the book, but when he's ready, we'll still be reading it. The pages are very bright and colorful and nicely illustrated. My son loves the puppet and I have fun acting out with it as well. Like I mentioned, the lesson that the book is teaching about helping out and doing your share of chores, is something that every child needs to know. I think this is a cute and fun book and would make a great addition to any child's library. My son loves it and we've only had it about a month but we've read it many, many times!
