Excellent All-Purpose Self Help Book

This is a really good self-help book, that could basically be used by anyone, regardless of their particular problem. It is easy to read, it makes sense, and there is no psycho-babble. I am making my teen-age daughters read it. It is really helpful.

This is a progressive book which gets to the heart of what is and isn't and helps you to determine who you are and what you want out of life. There is no innuendo, rather all subject matter is point blank, leaving no way out of seeing things how they really are. I recommend this book to anyone who feels the least bit insecure in themselves, or who has doubt in the ways of others.
