This is a nice little booklet (less than 100 pages) that helps nursery leaders to think through the vision and practical capabilities of your church's nursery program. I appreciate that it gives step by step suggestions for creating a great program while focusing on the spiritual side of ministry- it's not all nuts and bolts, but encourages the reader to pray and to seek God's leading. It also gives sample forms and permission to copy these for your program. This book is a nice place to start the thinking process when wanting to improve a lack-luster nursery program. I did lower my star rating due to sappy presentation. The good information is shared via a corny story of a fictional nursrey coordinator who receives the advice from an older, wiser mentor- a little too 'Chicken-Soupy' for me, but of you like that sort of thing, you'll REALLY like this book...
