George "Shadow Walker" Daniels, a New York cop with a short temper and a dark past, thought he'd finally found some peace after the conclusion of his bloody conflict with serial killer Jeffrey Thompson, his long-lost villain, and Thompson's equally psychotic son, Brian. As the FrontRunners face off against the combined forces of the covert organization BlackDot and New York's remaining Superheroes, George must take the fight to Dugitues, not realizing his fate is intertwined with that of the entire universe.
