Great book for kids. 3 year old enjoys it a lot. Nice pictures, good to teach names of various objects. Great Condition. However, no jacket but, who really needs one any way.
Great book showing diversity in a circle of sharing
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 17 years ago
This book truly creates a cause-and-effect circle for children to follow. They learn that by sharing and being kind to others, it encourages others to do the same. Children are shown sharing not only tangible items like crayons and cookies, they also share hugs and kind words. The illustrations are bright and colorful, a delight for children and adults. Several ethnicities are featured giving a wonderful circle of diversity. The book ends with a beautiful pop-up illustration. My kids LOVE this book! The book is marketed as a "board book". In truth, it is somewhere in between a hardback and a board book. The pages are strong and sturdy, but not the thick cardboard you might expect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
