Show me your nose, is that where it grows? I'm gonna nuzzle that nose Tom Tracy depicts a familiar game that is a favorite with babies and toddlers. Who can resist nuzzling noses tweaking cheeks and tickling tummies? Darcia Labrosse's tender illustrations capture the simple fun of this gentle game with warmth and glee.An Alternate Selection of Childrens Book-of-the-Month Club
Show Me is sweet and playful. We had great fun reading it with our daughter when she was one and two years old. Now it's a keepsake. I gave away a lot of her other baby books; just couldn't bear to part with this one. The words have an enjoyable rhythm (show me your nose, is that where it grows?) and invite interaction between the adult and child. The illustrations don't just show body parts but also daily routines like bath time, mealtime, etc., that kids can relate to. There are enough details in the illustrations for very young children to investigate, (my daughter loved to point out that the mom was wearing earrings) and yet the book isn't cluttered and overwhelming. I highly recommend this book for making memories and having fun reading with your little one.
2 year old LOVES this book

Ok, I wasn't that impressed with the illustrations. But I bought this book for my son, not me. He loves the rhymes, finding the body parts on the baby, himself & me. It has been one of those books we have to read every day for almost a year now. He can tell some of the text himself now. One of his favorite books (and we have a LOT of books). So don't buy it for yourself, but your kids might just love it as much as mine does.
Simply a Wonderful Learning Book

I got this for my nephew (then 14 months) a few months ago. It has quickly become his favorite book. Now every night before he goes to bed, he and his mom have to read this. He knows all the hand jestures and motions, and anticipates them before the page is turned.
An excellent book for any toddler!

As an elementary teacher, I am always searching for books that will help me teach my 16-month-old daughter various subjects. Show Me! is one of the best books I found to teach the names of body parts. This book focuses on parts often neglected by other books, such as the knees and the chin. The book makes it easy to act out the words and interact with the child. For example, "I'm gonna tickle that tummy!"
