Many health disorders are a lack of silica which nature in Her wisdom provided us with Diatomaceous Earth. Many uses besides using it internally-killing bugs, killing parasites, preserving grains, insecticides and pesticides. But is absolutely great for aches and pains, osteoporosis, arthritis, BP, killing parasites, diabetes and many other dis-eases of the body. I am a 66 year old, 5'6" and 140 lbs female and have been taking 1 tsp to 1 tbls daily since 2015, I can do things most 20 year olds cannot-I take no prescriptions, can lift over 100 lbs. and can out-stretch and out-walk most anyone, I am very flexible. Recommend drinking it mixed with good water to all my family and friends. Very good read and gives all the information anyone would need to have if they are willing to take back their health and get away from big pharma and the AMA.
