My 2 1/2 year old son is crazy about this book! I never write reviews, but this book is so amazing that I had to say something! We read it over and over, it gets him up to bed eagerly instead of my having to chase him around the house. That in itself is worth it! It is also enjoyable for adults, I have not gotten tired of it either. A couple of sentences a page, great pictures and really fun. Perfect for a 2-3 year old who wants a story, but not too many words on each page. Also perfect for boys who like being "upsidedown". My son has at least 100 books, and this is in his top 3, he wants to read it every night.

The whole family has this book memorized! Our 18 month old has had us read it so many times that we know the whole thing by heart and so does she! This size is nice because we can all sit together and read it. A little big for the book basket but great for sharing! Silly Sally went to town walking backwards upside down. She meets some silly animals on the way and they join her as she dances, leaps, sings and fals asleep on her way into town. Neddy Buttercup wakes them all up and they complete their silly journey. Very Addictive! You'll be saying the lines to yourself all day!

This is just a cute, fun book about being silly. My 2 year old loves this book and laughs at the pictures. It's a nice light read, no preaching, with silly pictures. Definately recommend it.

I adore this book. It makes me feel the giddy freedom that every child deserves to know. My son loves this book and his interaction with the story has evolved over time. He went from listening to finishing the lines himself to reciting the story by rote! He turns the book around, anticipates the meeting of the characters along the path, and gives me a smile that fills my heart with joy.
A wonderful confidence booster for early readers.
