Excellent book

Of all the cookbooks that I own, this is so far my absolute favorite. I work full-time and have 2 young children. That translates to not being interested in experimental cooking and no patience for complex recipes. So far, I have loved every dish that I have produced from this book, and some of them have become regulars in our home with many personal touches (eg, the soy-glazed chicken). Good luck.
