Six Keys to Creating a Life You Desire by Mitch Meyerson and Laurie Ashner is a great tool for any mind body therapist. It's filled with exercises to uncover root emotional issues that would encumber anyone to achieve anything. I use it in my personal practice and I found the fear of abandonment exercise to be extremely helpful! I couple Six Keys with my acupressure therapy for incredible lasting results! Thank you, Mitch and Laurie for creating such a tool to use in my development!

This book really helped me target what I needed to work on. I was able to identify my key issues and how to address them. It is very clearly written and well organized. I especially loved the lists of the quick things I could do right away. They're so fun, and simple! I put them into action right away. And I've started to pursue some goals I put off for a long time. This book has given me the courage to go for it!
Gives new meaning to the concept of "self help"!

I don't usually gravitate to books like this but the subtitle really touched a nerve and am I thrilled I got it. After I read the material and followed the examples it put so many things into perspective...and with such clarity! I'm also not the type to usually write a review of a book but I so appreciated what this did for me I felt moved to construct this.Give it a try...you will be very happy you did.

It contains interesting and provocative exercises. I have a shelf full of these types of books, but with this one, I really feel I'm getting results. When I read the stories, I kept saying, "That's me!" A really helpful book, like having your own personal coach.
