I have been a fan of Roz Van Meter's since I first became introduced to her through her book Put on your Big Girl Panties and Deal With it. Roz has a way of connecting with her readers through her approachable, warm style. In Sizzling Sex in 30 days she reminds us that the journey is more important than the destination. It is equally important that we reconnect with ourselves first and then with each other in order to enjoy a deeper intimacy with our partner. Through out her book she reminds and encourages us to celebrate the amazing gift of life, sensuality and all the joyous pleasures. I highly recommend Roz's latest book.

Here's another useful, upbeat book from Roz Van Meter. She shares all the wisdom she's gained over the years as a sex therapist and a family therapist to help us HAVE MORE FUN in our relationships. Any ONE of the things she recommends to increase self-awareness and intimacy could be life changing. I highly recommend this book to anybody who wants to increase their joy in life.
