Stylish writing, exquisite photos, and perceptive expose's on the best-of-the-best places to enjoy snow sports makes this extrodinary guide a must for the skier and boarder. After reading Oliver's superb introduction, my understanding of where these sports are in their development has been greatly enhanced. I can't wait to get back out on the slopes myself! But count me out of the extreme scene in Greenland and Antartica. I'll take my snowy pleasure in Chamonix, Jackson Hole, or right here at Sugarbush.
