The Slide & Find books are a great series for young readers! The colors and pictures are very vibrant and sharp and capture the attention... and the sliding boxes keep kids guessing about what else is in the book! My toddler loves these! One word of caution, parents -- before you let your child sit down with the book, make sure you move the sliding features a few times. They can tend to be a bit stiff and depending on the book itself, some of them stick or move a bit too loosely. Little kids can get frustrated if they can't get the picture to slide :( !

This book is great for a toddler who is learning to talk to one who can read. From great photos to clearly written words, this book is a must for car rides. Though, the pictures are difficult to slide sometimes for little fingers and even adults. Highly praise the Slide and Find books.
