I already owned "Eat Well, Live Well" and "Take Charge of the Change", both excellent books. Pam has a very solid background in nutrition and this book has great info that is DOABLE. The seller sent a book in great shape--would buy from them again.
Worth the money.

The Smart Weigh is full of great information about how to become healthy, not just another diet book. I would not bother getting the "diet trap", however, that is full of more junk about the other diets out there then any good information.
