The challenging life of retired seniors often includes travel and the RV life-style, which can be anything but "routine". But, when the adventure broadens to housesitting, this world and it's different ethnic people become a real "melting pot" of humor.

This was a very delightful read. Some funny stories about every day life, living in an R.V. as a snowbird, and some of the funny things that can happen along the way..
A rib-tickling expose'

Much has been written about the humor and challenge of the R.V. life style, but this author has a fresh, easy reading approach to weird and funny situations; mostly true. which he and wife Del encountered in their ten year odyssey through the Western U.S. It is a tale of two very special pets who are daily woven into the joys of R.V. life in Yuma, AZ; offset by the horror of witnessing a murder near Yakima, WA (and testifying at the trial). But, the funniest half of the book deals with the comedy of house-sitting for total strangers; some situations that were so wierd and far-out that names and locations were changed to protect the author! I enjoyed this book because I am a 'senior' and it is printed in large print with lots of interesting pencil sketches by the author, and was short enough to finish in one night.
