Excellent recipes!

We bought this book a few years back and every summer we find ourselves coming back to it. Just last night we made the feta stuffed poblanos for a dinner we had for a couple of couples and it was a hit!Don't believe the snide comments of the first reviewer - the comments are more about their perception of "correct" (like in political) Santa Fe than the well done efforts of this author.
