Readable yet comprehensive reference for Standard Pascal

This excellent reference to the ISO Standard Pascal language is half the length of the comparable Jensen, Wirth, Mickel and Miner book, yet covers the entire language. It has fewer examples than Jensen et al, but otherwise is arguably more readable. The Standard Pascal language described here, and defined formally by ISO, ANSI and BSI, is used by most of the highest-quality Pascal compilers, including GNU Pascal, Prospero Pascal, Compaq Pascal, Dr. Pascal, pix, pcpix and MacPix. The more recent Extended Pascal language is a superset of the ISO Standard Pascal described in this book.
