Imprisoned on the planet Corellia, Han Solo finds himself at the mercy of his evil cousin, Thracken Sal-Solo. Thracken plans to restore the Imperial system and seize total power -- no matter what the cost. Han has one chance to stop him. But to do so he must turn his back on his human cousin and join forces with a female alien. Dracmus was arrested as a ringleader in a plot against the corrupt Human League. Now she and Han will attempt a daring escape to Selonia in time to warn Leia, Luke Skywalker, and Lando of Thracken's plan. But can Han trust the alien to keep her word? Meanwhile, other questions threaten the New Republic -- and the lives of millions. Who is behind the deadly Starbuster plot? Why is someone attempting to take possession of Corellia's powerful planetary repulsors? And what is the secret behind the mysterious Centerpoint Station, and ancient, artificial world of unknown origin that has suddenly -- and inexplicably -- come alive?
I believe Showdown at Centerpoint (book #3) is the best book in the Corellian Trilogy although you should definitely read Assualt at Selonia (book #2) so you know what is happening. If you are thinking of reading the Corellian Trilogy skip the first book (Ambush at Corellia) the opening of Assualt at Selonia has a "What Has Gone Before" that adequately summarizes what was in the first book.
Star Wars - Assault at Selonia

This is the second book of the three. It started off exciting and then it started to slow down. This also is not very of an emotional book even some parts were so stupid that it made me laugh. It is confusing throughout most of the book even though you find all of the answers at the end. This book also keeps you hanging because it is #2 out of the 3. In some of the pages there is so much description of a room or a building that you can skip a few pages and not miss any crutial information. THis is a good book. Personally I think the first book is better. 5 out of 5
A good continuation of the first book.

In the aftermath of the attack on Corona House, the Solo children, their Drall tutor Ebrihim, and Chewbacca flee to Drall, unable to go into hyperspace due to a damaged hyperdrive. Luke and Lando, unable to enter the Corellian System due to a large interdiction field that prevents hyperspace travel, hurry back to Coruscant to report that the Corellian System has been completely cut off, and later manages to enlist the aid of the Bakurans in obtaining ships to attack the Corellian rebels. Leia is held captive in Corona House, but manages to escape, along with Mara Jade, who was attending the trade conference. Han Solo, captured by his evil cousin Thracken Sal-Solo, leader of the Human League, must trust his life to a Selonian named Dracmus if he wants to escape. And the New Republic must discover the origin of the interdiction field, the communications jam in the Corellian System, and the "starburster" that the Human League claims to posses - a device that can make stars go nova. And there's also the matter of Centerpoint Station, an ancient, artificial world that has suddenly come alive after years of laying dormant. I reccomend this book to Star Wars fans who enjoyed the first book in this trilogy.
