It's a sad thing that the two books are falling out of print, but inevitable I suppose, since they were parodies, and taken out of the context of a time when every kid's bookshelf had at least two dozen books of the Goosebumps series on their bookcase they lose a bit of their humor.I remember when the Goosebumps books first became popular, and I was as big a sap as most kids. I blew my mother's money on every one that came out, and borrowed from the library ones that I missed. I know I have probably thirty stashed away some place. Looking back, the sad thing is that the Goosebumps books themselves were/are a tad bit low brow, even though they had a great variety of stories to tell. Some of them slightly goofy. When I saw these I was going out of the obsession, and knew that I HAD to have them.I like this book. Even though I wouldn't read any of my old Goosebumps books, the two Gooflumps books are amusing. It takes the strangeness Goosebumps has, and hauls it way over the edge. It has great potty humor, it's possibly the best anti-kid toy since the Garbage Pail Kids.
