He had promised to love her regardless of her past but in addition to wondering whether his girlfriend is creeping with her clients Jah has got a bigger problem. I didnt buy your book my wife did. She said it was great . i thought to my self yeah whatever. then one day i read it and i have to admit...this book is superb. I loved it. K'wan does it again!!

I just finished "Still Hood" by K'wan. I did not want that story to end. A lot of "authors" write so called "street lit", however my man K'wan delivers classic tales reminiscent to the late, great Donald Goines. The rawness,coldness, and realness of the streets comes at you like a ton of bricks. I have never been to NY a day in my life, but I just visited Brooklyn and Harlem courtesy of K'wan's masterful writing skills!! This story hosts a hefty cast of characters, all colorful and relevant to the story. Yoshi and Jah, Billy and Marcus, Spooky Old Shooter and Reese, Don B, True and the Big Dawgz crew all return from the first novel. We also meet a new group of equally interesting characters. Dena Jones, Lazy (Dena's boo),her brother Shannon. Yvette,Mousy, Roxy and Sugar. Dena's crew Mo and Sharon. Sha Boogie and his mans Charlie Rock on a mission of revenge. Cold hearted pimp Black Ice and his "ladies". The Houston rap crew Stacks Green & Soda. There are many storylines, but believe me it all makes sense and links togther in one heck of an explosive novel!!! Hurry up K'wan and write another banger!!!

Yes, It was another day in the hood & this time I strolled along with K'wan. I was truly amazed how it went down in the hood, & he didn't forget to tell and show me every detail, so I could get a clear picture and keep the record straight. My emotions ran like crazy, but I had to keep it together and pay close attention, so I wouldn't miss anything. Well to my surprise K'wan showed me it ain't all good in the hood and big things do pop. Well as I finished my day in the hood I was impressed with K'wan because eventhough, it was alot going on and there were all kind of characters, everyone had an important part & played their position well. Thanks K'wan for that tour thru the hood and u know 5 stars isn't enough, so I'm gone keep it STILL HOOD and put 5 more on it !! Kudo's U DID IT !!!!!

K'WAN CAME BACK STRONG WITH THIS ONE. IT'S A CLASSIC IN IT'S SELF. IF YOU READ HOOD RAT THEN YOU GOOD BUT TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH THIS BOOK STANDS ON IT'S OWN. HE BRINGS IN NEW CHARACTERS THAT YOU HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR....AND THE OLD ONES THAT YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO THEM. SEX, MONEY & MAYHEM AND THEN SOME K'WAN DOES HIS THING EVERYTIME. K'WAN HAS DONE HIS THING AGAIN...AND THIS TIME HE CAME WITH MORE. THERE MORE CHARACTERS THAT YOU WILL LOVE SOME YOU WILL HATE. BUT, IN ALL YOU WILL ENJOY THIS BOOK FROM FRONT TO BACK.....HE KEEP YOU ON YOUR TOES......I CAN'T FRONT I LIKE THIS ONE THE BEST...........BLACK ICE, DENA, ROXY, SHARON,MO WATCH OUT FOR THEM..........BILLY, YOSHI, JAH,REESE SEE WHAT THEY BEEN UP TOO.......ALL IN ALL K'WAN DID NOT LET YOU DOWN.
