They have a way of creeping up on you: the wrinkles, slow-growing gut, the aching muscles. But who has the time to perform daily skin regimes or get a rigorous two-hour workout? This guide looks at simple ways to reduce the effects of Father Time without reducing peoples' free time.
This book is something that I will refer to time and time again. It is not only for people in their 30's, it is especially useful for people in their 50's and 60's. Ms. Myers writes like she is talking to a friend, which makes understanding her ideas easier.
Judy's book is a great motivator, very funny, down-to-earth,

I found this book so hilarious that I bought 3 of them and will give them to friends as presents. Judy motivates without trying to and you find yourself in a position to ease into a workable workout without losing sleep over it. The good humor throughout - it really does not stop - is a refreshing new leaf in the broad spectrum of fitness books available. Judy never makes you feel that you have to be built like an athlete already and then it is simply a question of making an already perfect body into an even more perfect body. I recommend this book to everyone, including those who already have an abundance of fitness books...
