I really enjoyed this book. I found it very entertaining as well as filled with a variety of information about the law. I even spent some time with friends going over a few pages together and it provided some fun as well as topics for discussion.....almost like a game. Mr. Zaharoff's sense of humor shone through in his choice of the multiple answers to the questions, and I occasionally found myself laughing out loud. You can't go wrong with this book as a little gift for your lawyer friends. I liked the author's way with words so much, I shall look forward to his next book.
Entertaining and educational -- uninformed lawyers beware!

Law school exams were never this fun. Zaharoff provides a collection of multiple-choice questions about topics ranging from the Rule Against Perpetuities to copyright fair use to The Federalist Papers, often with choices that will make you giggle even as you learn something from them. Although ostensibly a tool for preparing you to evaluate potential lawyers, it will sit just as easily on a household coffee table. I would quote from a few of the questions here, but I'm not sure if doing so would be fair use. Perhaps I need to re-read question 37 . . .
