I love this book!!!!!!!! I am a little cautious about starting in MLM but at the same time get very excited when I think about the products and the company. This book is great because it's like she is talking to you and she says it like it is but also keeps your passion alive. She teaches you the basic concept of MLM which is important. The author also has a background in psychology which is crucial to this business and this helps on how to interact with people. A great book to get you started and not fill you with doubt. The only thing this book needs is a chapter on E-commerce and how to expand the business using the Net. This book is fabulous to read completely before going to your first product/opportunity meeting. I'm going next week and I can't wait!!! Thanks to this book I'll be more prepared to ask the right questions.
