For bakery owner Sophie Mayfield, life is getting sweeter by the minute. She's managed to keep her family's cherished business from being acquired by mega-grocery-chain Fulton Foods. And her new employee Eliot Wright is as appealing--and oh-so-chocolate-fine--as he is hardworking and talented. But then Sophie discovers that Eliot isn't exactly who he says he is. And she's sure he's hungry for only one thing: her boutique bakery's bottom line. Now a love-struck Eliot will have to do whatever it takes to win back Sophie's trust--and prove that he truly is her Mr. Right....
Eliot was in a sticky siuation and coming clean was not so easy. Trying to protect a company that he wanted to some day become his and the woman he love. Sophia had something to prove not only to herself but to her family and she would not let anyone stop her. This is a great story a real page turner and at the end of the day we all sometime need a sugar rush.

Ms. Overton has done it again. The characters are interesting and the love between Eliot and Sophia was so sweet and the elevator scene was out of this world. I don't typically like mistaken identity stories, but this was a good story. I couldn't wait to see how it ended. Ms. Overton is an awesome writer and I highly recommend this book. You will not be disappointed.

Ms Overton crafts an IRRESISTIBLE treat! I enjoy the INSTANT attraction between El and Sophie...it's a SPICY mix (I LOVE the elevator scene)...El is definitely a bakers delight...he could SERVE IT UP in the kitchen as well as in the bedroom...and the whole mistaken identity plot is INTRIGUING...I eagerly turned the pages to discover what would become of their budding relationship once the truth came out about the REAL Eliot Wright...the full cast of characters is LIVELY and MEMORABLE...another quick and charming romantic tale!

Bakery owner Sophie Mayfield is running the family business with the help of her grandmother Mae. Everyone else in the family wanted to sell the bakery but she was determined to make it a very prosperous business and be able to update the equipment in the process. Fulton Foods has been losing contracts to the Mayfield Bakery and is trying to buy them out but no dice for Sophie nor her grandmother Mae. Eliot Wright works for their family business Fulton Fields and his uncle is pressuring him to stop them at all costs which includes stealing the family recipe book. Eliot goes there and acts like he is the new chef that Sophie hired to do what his uncle wants and finds that he loves baking again and loves the family atmosphere. His uncle gets wind of it and blows his cover and makes threats to Sophie to try and get Eliot to see things his way. In the process of working there he falls in love with Sophie and she ends things with him. Eliot finally realizes that his uncle has been just dangling the CEO job in his face to try and control him and he decides to get back at him and destroy the family business by sending orders their way. He plans to prove to Sophie that he truly loves her and the family business is not more important than his feelings for her. Great love story with a few twists involving others who work at Mayfield Bakery who find love also.
