The title gives away what the book is about: it relates the art of war to the art of being healthy (on each chapter/ topic). 248 pages of the book are in English followed by 148 containing the original text, in Chinese. In between there are a few b & w pictures (around 30) very curious to watch exhibiting the relation between body positions and internal organs. Each chapter is around 3/ 4 pages long. The English, sometimes, is not mint but it is perfectly understandable. The book claims to be the first of its kind, relating war and health care and also to be a reliable one since it is written by two different specialists in each area (Wu Rusong, Doctoral Tutor - Expert on Sun Zi's Art of War; Wang Hongtu, Doctoral Tutor - Expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine).
