Amazing Story

What a great story! I truely enjoyed to detail in this book and it took me away to another time and place. Tom Lewis captured the period of the time perfectly and I loved the strong female character of Sunday. I look forward to many more books to come!

I throughly enjoyed this book. It has everything - love, mystery and history. The characters are so well written - I felt I really knew each of them personally by the end of the book. I look forward to the next book of this trilogy.

Tom Lewis brings the people and places of the Outer Banks to life. I have never been there, but I am crazy about them, nonetheless. Watch for more from this writer.

My roots are in that area, so I enjoyed the book just for that. Tom E. Lewis is a great writer and historian. I enjoyed it!

I was recently given this book as a birthday present and I really enjoyed it. Thanks Sis! I am glad to see a period piece which shows a strong black female character in a positive light. I highly recommend this book!!! A+++. However, reading this book will make you want to visit the Outer Banks of NC. But I just wanted to be the first to say Good Job. Great Read. Jennifer J.
