NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER - Martha Hall Kelly's million-copy bestseller Lilac Girls introduced readers to Caroline Ferriday. Now, in Sunflower Sisters, Kelly tells the story of Ferriday's ancestor... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I absolutely loved "Liliac Girls", Lost Roses" was not as good, but "Sunflower Sisters" lost the luster for me. Martha Hall is an excellent writer and tells a well researched story, just sometimes the story ends.
I loaned my books to my sister after reading and she felt the same way. But she put "Sunflower Sisters" down after a week struggling through about a half way point.

This book had me hooked. An awesome read if alittle tragic. I was crying at a few points.

The character development was great. I love how it was linked to Lilac Girls. It really pulled me in, if you like historical fiction you will love this.
