This book is amazing. It is simple, straight forward, easy to read and understand. The book can be used to alter yours or the entire family's diet with tremendous success. The older I get the more I understand how my body reacts to what I put in my mouth. Since I have implemented the simple steps to eating healthier outlined in the book, I have more stamina and feel more energetic.

The book was awesome! It made me think about the foods I eat and I realized that I needed to get healthier. The recipies were easy and helped me get started. One of the biggest surprises was that when I started eating better my energy level increased and I even dropped some weight. I highly recomend it to anyone who wants to start living healthier.

I cannot believe how much information is contained in this book. It has to be the definitive answer on how to manage your diet and a healthly life style.
