I have been following this book for four weeks now and I would definitely recommend it. The eating plan is seensible and easy to follow, even with cooking for a family I find it easy to adapt to our lifestyle and we are all eating better. THe toning exercises take only 20 minutes that pass by quickly and I have alreay seen results. I have recommended it to friends and family who have inquired about what I have been doing, I see a definite change in my appearance as well as feeling stronger, healthier and committed to changing my lifestyle.
