I love this Book!

Leave it to Victoria :) This book is filled with a variety of dessert recipes that look wonderful! I just received this so I haven't made any of the recipes yet, but will be soon. I believe that Victoria took recipes from select issues of their magazine and compiled them here. I can't wait to start baking (and exercising more :))

Victoria Magazine is RETURNING!

Either this book, or its softcover version under another title "Sensational Sweets", are worthwhile additions to your library for inspiration when planning tea parties. It's the first book I turn to when planning and, while I have many books on tea and accompaniments, my favorite recipes come from this volume. And I'm happy to say that starting in October 2007 (with the November/December issue) Hoffman Media is relaunching...

Inspirational and Beautiful.

You should have some knowlage of baking if you buy this book. I do, and found it has excellent, clear photos of finished products. The recipes are easy to follow and explained well. Nestled in the book are 1 page articles and photos of amazing pastry shops around the world. There are breads, coffee cakes and scones that anyone could master, but as for the rest of the book - do you own a pastry bag? The photos alone are...
