I wanted to know more about Christian leadership... This book does just that. After I bought it and started reading it, I realized it was witten for men!! But it was too good to quit then! So I settled back and finished it... and THEN I gave it to my husband - with my first hand recommendation. Jensen is easy to read and gets right down to saying exactly what he means.
