Great low-fat cookbook

Everything I have made from this cookbook has tasted great, and even my 2 teens and husband liked each recipe as well. What I like is the no-nonsense/no-fuss recipes; you don't have to buy specialty items. Every recipe is made from common items found in country cookin' kitchens. I have found this to be an excellent choice for lowering the fat and calories while still enjoying country cooking.
